Job profile:
As a dismantling worker, you handle electronics in a clean, safe environment. Full-time, day shifts, and solid benefits in Eindhoven.
As a dismantling worker, you are responsible for manually dismantling and destroying electronic devices and components such as phones, batteries, and computers. You’ll work at a modern recycling company where sustainability and safety are top priorities. Your effort helps recover valuable materials and ensures they are processed correctly.
On a typical workday, you start at 7:30 AM in a tidy indoor workspace. You’ll get clear instructions and work alongside colleagues on various dismantling tasks. The work is repetitive and physically demanding, but you’re never on your own. Safety clothing and equipment are provided. There are regular unpaid breaks, and your workday ends at 4:00 PM.No experience needed—motivation and a good work attitude are most important.
We need strong men who can lift up to 25 kg out of a crate.

• You have at least B1-level command of the English language
• You are physically fit and able to do heavy work
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail
• You are a team player, disciplined and proactive
• Experience with similar work is a plus, but not required
• Technical insight is a bonus, but not required

• Gross hourly wage of €16.06 (monthly salary between €2,782 and €2,966 for full-time) or €430 - €460 per week netto (after accommodation & insurance)
• Full-time contract, 40 hours per week in day shifts (07:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
