- engine block checked for water jacket tightness, thorough washing of the block in an ultrasonic washer before and after machining, block dimensioning, block plane planning,

- original crankshaft NOMINAL BMW !!!

- head after full regeneration checked for micro-cracks, surface planning, new seals, valves and valve seats ground and lapped, possibly replaced with new valves

- new main and connecting rod bearings

- verification of pistons and replacement in case of wear

- new piston rings

- regenerated connecting rods

- cylinder liners honed, in case of wear we replace the block with a nominal one.

- new head gaskets, valve covers, pan gasket and shaft and shaft simmerings,

- new complete original timing belt with gears installed.

- oil pump replaced with New Original!
